SHIMMER Website Privacy

This notice applies to the SHIMMER and WATER acquisition websites, not to either Android app. Each app’s privacy policy remains separate. Launch requests and visit measurement work the same way on both pages.

Launch notifications

If you opt in, we save your email address, selected platform (Android or iPhone), consent time and any campaign UTM attribution supplied with your visit. We use these to manage the requested launch notification, not advertising. No account is created. A release date is not promised.

First-party visit measurement

The SHIMMER landing page records page views and relevant button interactions with up to five campaign fields: source, medium, campaign, content and term. Events do not include your email, touch gestures, payment information or a persistent visitor identifier. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this measurement.

Security and storage

Lovable Cloud stores notification requests and event records. Only the operator’s privileged services can access them. A temporary hash derived from the request’s network address is used to limit abusive requests; it is not included in analytics records. Hosting providers also handle operational network requests independently.

Retention and your choices

We retain launch requests while needed for the requested notification and related support. You can withdraw consent or request deletion by emailing developer@poweredby.co.za. Acquisition events are retained while needed to assess campaigns. Service providers may process information outside your country.
